how can you assess a service that isn't even available yet. conxion states that FailSafe won't become available until May 2000. i'd wait until at least then before suggesting that they won't stand by the guarantees presented by thei FailSafe services. and keep in mind that they are not saying that their hosting will be up 99.9% of the time. they are saying that if it's not, cusotmers will receive some sort of compensation.
