William this is just plain wrong. I hate to say that, there's usually something right about something that's mostly wrong, but not this time. There is no single server, just like there is no single website. The key feature of both Manila and Pike is that the web page has all that's needed, baked into it, to allow it to be edited. Only one navigation system. Not two or more.
