Believe it or not we went down this path too.

We even bought a domain for it, myWritingSpace.Com.

It might even make sense some day. I'll see if I can dig up a screen shot of the prototype.

BTW, it sucked because you totally lose the EditThisPage effect.

We counted steps. Engineered it to be the minimum. Anything less makes it not work. I really think we went every possible angle to avoid making the workstation a server.

I think the firewalls are going to have to bend or the corporate users are going to be left out. I didn't make it work that way, I'm just a software designer, implentor and writer.
