Nah, they'd give credit to their brilliant marketing, and say it would have been 2 bln but for Napster.

I only use Napster for Copyright-free stuff, like live Dead, but I did download a couple of Moby tracks to confirm a decision to buy the CD, which I then ripped, replacing my contraband, downloaded tracks.

Boise in his Napster defense says that this is "sampling," and within fair use... so I feel a little better.
