Can you pretend to be a small business and use their business services? I don't know how @home manages that, but at least here in Rochester, NY, RoadRunner provides business services (and a static IP) for a bit more than home service. Of course, they also don't complain about running low-volume servers with their home service (though you'll have to use some sort of dynamic dns service, of course) , they just don't support them.
