m17 is a major milestone here internally - I'd recommend it to folks, even if they've already tried mozilla before. Try the mozilla version first as it has less "hoops" to jump through to get to the good stuff ( not as many splash screens, clicking "ok" 5 times, etc. etc.)

And to Dave, et. al. try out the skin switching which is now built in -

go to edit-preferences-appearance-themes and try switching to the "classic" skin. It's more of what Dave had desired in an IE - like UI.
