I am writing an article for Dominopower that will cover some of the ground you suggest above. That wasn't my intention for the white paper. Or, to put it another way, if that is the main use for a white paper (at least one I'm involved with), then I'll drop the white paper and stick with the article.

Parenthetically, my main argument to Lotus shops will be to use Frontier-Manila as their Intranet content manager/end-user interface and plug-in a variety of Lotus services (calendaring, email, replication, security) on the back-end to talk to other Lotus apps/handle the heavier-duty admin stuff for > 1,000 employee environments.
