Milton Friedman, in Capitalism and Freedom, noted that in a capitalist economy, it's OK for you (if you have the money) to sell anti-capitalist propaganda.And even make money by doing so! But this is irrelevant. What you do not have the right to do is to engage in predatory business practices.
People who are out to destroy capitalism have the same freedom of contract as everyone else.
And also no more than anyone else. Stallman has no more right to destroy others' livelihoods via predation than Microsoft does.
