It is very disappointing to see Apple making the same old mistakes.

Isn't it Joy's Law that most of the smart people don't work for you? As a corollary, you do not know where the next killer app will come from. But you can be sure that if it comes from me it won't run on MacOS X, because I don't have MacOS X.

Invitation-only anything is an anachronism, along with developer programs that cost money.
