Test version of betty.rpc.client

We have it hard-coded in the glue script, but the spec says it could be anything.

Attached to this message is a version of betty.rpc.client that takes an optional "rpcPath" parameter.

Please test this and report any problems. I want to be sure this is workable before adding it to the root updates process.
