The URI path is hard-coded to /RPC2.

An early prototype XML-RPC servlet I wrote would take the request and do the necessary parsing and handling. In using the Java Web Server, I mapped the path, /rpc2 or /RPC2, to go directly to the XMl-RPC servlet.

I would assume you could do the same for any other servlet engine or in use with ASP.
