Over time, that third match will increase in relevancy for that search term. It will become the top match for that search term.

But that does not ensure that this match does indeed contain the information that users are most likely to want when searching with that particular search term.

What about increasing relevancy only if no other match for the same search term is opened? Could that be done ?
