Following up on our conversation about technography as a social process: here's an image showing the technographer as co-facilitator. Note that in this meeting the technographer is in front of the participants in a position to maintain eye-contact and facilitate the group as needed, while in support of the facilitator who is guiding the process. This is one example out of many possible configurations, but is illustrative of the difference between computer-supported recording and technography.
