Setting the font in MSIE5?

After everything fell apart yesterday, again, now everything's pretty much back together except for one thing that I can't remember how to do.
- How do I set the font in MSIE5? I go to the obvious place, Internet Options, Font, choose the font, click on OK, but the fishstinkin font doesn't change! I'm still reading in an ugly serif font. I want my Arial!
