Note the inaccuracy in the above -- Hadi states Netscape's behavior as an absolute. This is wrong. Netscape does what you configure it to do. The problem with Netscape's behavior is a) the default, and b) the lack of information on how it works. I know it's part of the marketing game to spread fear and doubt about your competitors, but it's not really necessary in this case.
