I'm in pretty much the same boat as Rasterboy. I render pages and don't have a real use for the server features. For all practical purposes, I too need a Dreamweaver competitor.

The cool thing is that Frontier _can_ host if needed and, if you program carefully, your site could go dynamic days after you win the lottery. I know I am dusting off an old Powerbook to see if I can make a few pages in my basement just so I am ready if it ever happens to me.

My favorite thing about Frontier is that Dave and the gang are busy programming cool facillities that I can use to program my own cool facillities. Consequently, there aren't many limits in si(gh)t.
