Brent's Commands...not available for Windows?

I just started using some of the Brent's Commands verbs, pbs.xyz on the Mac. Now I see they don't seem to be available for Windows. Is this the desired state of things? Since you bundle them with the Mac version of Frontier, what do you recommend for Windows users who want the same functionality?
