Click on it.

A popup window should (of course!) pop up.

This fits into the XML specification. If there's entity subordinate to an it's hotlinked to a popup window. The first sentence of the description is the title attribute of the tag, so if you pause with the mouse over the item you'll get a brief description.

I'm interested in knowing if this doesn't work in your browser.
