1) we'll be willing to pay if there's a reasonable educational pricing structure; perhaps similar to netOctopus or KeyServer. I believe there is interest on campus beyond our department also. 2) I know (non-ed) people who are interested, but it's going to require an ISP who can supply Frontier hosting at a reasonable cost.
