"The key is to embrace the *users* of the web, not just the technology of the web."

Just wanted to emphasize that last PPS. So often it seems companies are quick to jump on the latest technologies and wrap it into their products while other key features in the "useability" sector fall by the wayside.

The above comment should be posted in front of every web/software developer.
