VNC on NT can do shared sessions, where multiple people see the same thing, but cannot do multi-user in the X sense. This is an architectural restriction, and is the reason there's an NT Server, Terminal Edition. Don't know how or if it works on that.

Sounds like a good tool for technography then, if it scales...
