If one doesn't catch all the stories before the hour's up, one seems to lose the information to the prior "old" stories. :-(

If the 1 hour time limit is geared towards reducing the time it takes to load a page in the browser, can there be another compromise?

How about using a user's preferences setting to adjust how they want to see the News? That way the user has a bit more control over the content they seek. :-)
