You might want a combination of Microsoft's IIS and Frontier 6. With a little filtering script you can have IIS deal in TCP (and images, etc if you want) and have Frontier implement your dynamic site pieces.

How much traffic do you get on the site?

I've been using Frontier as a standalone server for Bernie DeKoven's Deep Fun site. It has been getting 20k hits a month and working most admirably... no crashes in 3 months.
