Or perhaps when IIS tries to serve it...It happened to me (and still does) often... until I changed the rendering method (in #ftpSite) to ftp (even on the same machine!)... it's kind of dumb (like the behaviour), but it works...
That said... I'd like to track down why this happens when rendering locally (perhaps is has something to do with a filewriter?...)
