IIRC, FireSite has had anti-hijacking (as they call it) for a while (along with a bunch of other features that Apache doesn't have).

(Clearway isn't paying me to say that, nor am I a satisfied customer. But any opportunity to bash worse-is-better software is a good opportunity IMO.)
