As a small ISP, I've been there, & can sympathize. A major bummer! Sometimes a customer's sense of things has nothing to do with reality. We had a customer call us yesterday asking if something on his screen was an attempt by aliens to communicate with him through his Internet connection. (I'm NOT kidding!)
