Frontier and high bandwidth?

I'm wondering if anyone has tried to use one of the latest versions of Frontier to serve large blobs (images, video files, documents) for a high bandwidth audience? Interfacing with streaming services? The user community is being split between those with cable modems or DSL or a direct T1+ connection and those with dial-up. Do you think Frontier will be a useful platform to serve bulky content to the highband audience?
