Can we have an option to disable agents on startup? To bypass various things (e.g., user.callbacks.startup, opening guest databases, starting the webserver)? It would be helpful for debugging purposes if there were an equivalent to the Mac's starting without extensions -- say, to hold down the control key during startup to disable certain things.
