How about a warranty? Intel doesn't support overclocked CPUs or dual Celerons and they probably don't support using them with a BX chipset.

Fair enough... but is it worth paying 3 or 4 times MORE just to get a warranty? And keep in mind that overclocking Celerons or shoe-horning them into an SMP system is just necessary to beat a PIII. Even the stock ones run neck-and-neck for most applications... at a quarter of the cost.
