If Microsoft wants to comply with export regulations, fine. However, for the versions sold in the U.S. they should remove the extra key because it is not required here in the States.

U.S. companies should not make it easy for the U.S. Government to spy on its citizens under the disguise of 'export' control.

Citizens from other countries can determine if they want to buy software with 'intrusion' capabilities built in.

This issue is not a "one size fits all" matter.
