I read the SOAP and XML-RPC specs. I'm now thoroughly confused -- a semi-permanent state, I'm afraid :), so bear with me. What is the value add of SOAP beyond XML-RPC? A "differences and additional capabilities" document would be great to answer this suspected FAQ.
