Yes I have. why do you ask?

iCab lets you set the User-Agent to what ever you want. Since I generally serve content based on the user-agent, I do this all the time when developing sites.

I've also alter Netscape's and IE's so I can work on conditional issues with a Frontier site, while others are using it.
