appeared on slashdot about some of the dangers of Sun's Community Source licensing. Apparently the Blackdown project has been porting Sun's Java2 to Linux(amoung other ports). Sun and Inprise took their code, cleaned it up and added some functionality and then released it as their own, without any mention of the Blackdown project.
