Well I mentioned IE5.5 in relationship to the inline editing which hasn't been available in any previous version of Internet Explorer. Along with the ability to have IFRAMES that can overlap through a zIndex DHTML property. (Not needed if you generate the floating menu bar on the server)

HTAs are for Windows only.
