But it isn't hundreds. If you say hundreds, you are dragging 100 years of baggage with you. If you say Oughts, you wipe the slate clean. :-)

I don't consider 1900 as the be all, end all, from which to start counting decades. :-) This problem has cropped up at least 18 times before. They didn't call it hundreds. :-)
