Feature: Turn off parsing-on-entry

I'm migrating content from a handcrafted site to my etp site, dijest.editthispage.com. There is a great deal of conditioning going on when I submit html through the story editor; my pages break. Common pretty-printing in html produces broken links, extra paragraph marks or line breaks, etc.I still want to check for valid tags, but otherwise please leave the entered html alone for this given story.
Since this not an all-the-time thing, please...
- Add a checkbox to editInBrowser for submitting a DG story as brute-force html.
- Add two checkboxes for the Administrator permitting this option for members and/or contributing editors
