I have a feature request for Manila: Member Deletion.

Problem: someone signs up to a public Manila site with the WRONG email address. The wrong person is now being sent bulletins, and I can't find a way of completely deleting the member.

Solution?: a Delete Member function, much like Delete Picture or Delete Story.

Please!
