Independent RSS indexes?

greetings, i am currently building a portal for intra company usage that will use RSS. All the sites i have visited so far that use this format do not list the URL where the RDF files can be found so that i can extract and display the headlines. does anyone know of an indpendent RSS file index with URLs?
