I just tried again and now the manila update worked! Its some timeout problem, so sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't :-(.

Unfortunately the links from USA to Malaysia are none too clean, so I guess there are a lot of lost packets. Furthermore the update process takes too long, I'm sure it hasn't been optimized.
