I think Raymond had some other issues, highly moral ones, and highly questionable in my opinion. Regardless, this term and its opposite ("closed") have shown up here and elsewhere, places where not to many "suits" hang out. I see it as a barrier, we won't crash through it, we'll route around it. Talking with Doc last week, he said it's like pushing a rock uphill, I agree.
