I downloaded the XML version of this message (msgReader.xml$17355) as a test file for a parser because of the variety of HTML tags found in the body of the message. The parse failed on an img tag at line 65. The right delimiter which closes this element was not preceeded by a slash "/" character. When inserted, the file parsed as a well-formed XML document.

The same error occurred with msg# 17376: End tag 'body' does not match the start tag 'img'. Line 39, Position 335

Someone at Frontier may want to check the routine that generated the XML version of these messages.
