I actually ran across something similar on computer chronicles except was making the device being able to read only the web content that device could handle with the website through some CSS to display different content to different devices..that coupled with being able to do bokklets through javascript as urls and XML would probably work the same way..the web page would recognize what devices is viewing and deliver the logic code through a combination of XML-RPC and javascript or java..
