CNet has an article titled "Netscape's Clark: Keep Internet Exporer with Windows" at http://yahoo.cnet.com/news/0-1003-200-2047407.html

In the article Clark says that MS should keep IE with the OS and separate it from the Apps group, specifically MSN as it would allow them to control the Internet via controling serving on the net.
