I can't help but feel that this is completely bogus.We are not given much in the way of context - what are they talking about? How late in the day was this (or was it very early)?
I am sure that there are lots of pictures that could be taken that, in isolation, could be used to show one or the other thing. A temporary slumping of the shoulders, a low-energy ten minute period (meetings have these kinds of moments).
