Windows 2000 Server

I am trying to do a first time install of Frontier 6.2 on Windows 2000 Advanced Server. Windows IE Explorer comes up for the install process and just sits there. Has anyone got a workaround for this ? I know that others have got Frontier working on Windows 2000, I have seen the posts.
