By the way, I should also point out that the post I'm replying to almost certainly mystifies as much as, or more than, it clarifies, and this is the primary reason that I feel the "Semantic Web" will never come to be—any reasonably-defined "Semantic Web" would require experienced Knowledge Engineers to maintain!
