Microsoft tried using the same excuse with both RealNetworks and Netscape. Oh, and DR-DOS with the Win3 betas. Oh yeah, and Lotus when they broke it with DOS 2.0. I wonder how long Microsoft can continue to use this excuse without being punished for, at the very least, contemp of court.
Of course, the irony of Microsoft calling other company's software defective is too hilarious.
