Here's a question for WSH developers using Win95/98:

Where does cscript.exe and wscript.exe reside on your hard drive?

On my NT setup, it's in the folder pointed to by file.getspecialfolderpath ("", "System", "") in Frontier.

(That's c:winntsystem32 here)

I'm hoping that with Win95/98, file.getspecialfolderpath ("", "System", "") works and points to the folder that cscript.exe and wscript.exe are in. (It would make life simpler ;-))

Thanks for your help,

Jim
