I just rewrote the discussion group home page.

Now it has a calendar browser, so you can easily navigate thru the archives on a day-by-day basis, the same basis as Scripting News.

I also added a link on the home page to the Scripting News page for the day. And in the spirit of mutual respect, I added a similar link on the (alternate) Scripting News home page going back to the discussion group archive for the same day.

Look for the cow skull in the lower-right corner of both pages:

http://discuss.userland.com/

And click on it! Neat huh?

This further re-enforces the boiler-room vs front-office difference between the DB and the HP.
