I'm pretty sure you can just drag it to the trash and restart. I think Netscape should be smarter. On the other hand, if IdleTime is the problem, you can just move the mouse while the file is downloading to keep it from disconnecting. But that's a pain in the butt, esp if the download is long. (Which is the only time you'd care.)
